2-Minute Chocolate Cake

Yep, I couldn't believe that either when I read it here, but then I tried it out and it actually works.

Simply whisk together:
4 tablespoons of flour
3 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 egg
¼ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of baking powder

Transfer the batter into a coffee mug and place it in the microwave. Depending on your model, the cake will need anything from 60 seconds to 3 minutes to be ready to eat. It is best to start with 60 seconds and then work your way up while checking the cake's consistency regularly (you kind of want it to be well baked through but still very moist at the same time). Beware: the mug may be hot after microwaving it for a few minutes so you may want to use a tea towel to take it out.
This super fast cake is perfect for a quick dessert or last minute saviour during a chocolate craving. Usually requires no extra shopping for ingredients. Eat while warm.
