London 2012

Currently, I couldn't be more grateful for the Olympics. Since I am still jobless and basically a little broke, I can watch the Games all day long instead of worrying about finances and all the wonderful things I would like to have (like these supercool boots) but cannot buy. I like wandering around town and getting excited about visiting the Olympic park myself and being absorbed by the special London 2012 mood. Here are a few shots from around the city to show you what it's like!

  1. You are so lucky that you live in London! I'm so jealous!
I'm currently not working and I know how you are feeling!
We just need to be careful what we buy and keep hoping that we will get the dream jobs :)
Good luck to both of us!

    1. Isn't it just frustrating to realize how important money is? As a student I didn't even notice it that much, but my boyfriend works full time and is eager to travel and to decorate the house, but I just cannot really contribute to that! So yeah (!) good luck to the both of us!!!

  2. Oh, how I wish I could run a London marathon! Did you watch it? Isn't that so inspiring and amazing?! They can run 26.2 miles in 2 hrs and 15 min??!! Ugh, I take twice that time to finish! And I just wish I could travel and sightsee London! -Jessica L

    1. It was the women's Olympic marathon that you can see here, not the London marathon. The Tower of London is not too far from where I live so my boyfriend and I went to see it (we're Olympic crazy) and we'll be going again for the men's Olympic marathon this Sunday again. Yay!! As for the sightseeing, sure I'm very lucky to live here and get the sights every day, but I have never been to America for example.. If you ever do come here, make sure to check out my London Tour before you travel :)
