Chunky Guacamole

A friend of mine makes an amazing guacamole and after I'd had it a few times at her various parties, I asked her to share the recipe with me. I love how easy it is to make and how absolutely scrummy it is so I thought I'd share it with you, too. 

Ingredients: 3-4 ripe (!!!) avocados (feel them up in the supermarket and only take them if they are soft to the touch), 1 large tomato, 1/2 a red onion, 2-3 garlic cloves, juice of 1 lime, salt & pepper

Scoop the avocados out of their skins, mush them in a medium sized bowl with a potato masher. Roughly chop all other ingredients and add to the avocado. Season with salt and pepper and mix it all together with a spoon. Done! Serve with tacos, burgers, potato wedges, burritos and many more.
